In the wonderful frame of "Villa dè Fiori" in the countryside of Pistoia, "La Dimora del Gusto" restaurant offers a cuisine which focuses on seasonal and traditional specialities, enriched by innovative and researched cookery methods. Most of the products are legacy of our territory: cold cuts and cheeses, game and Chianina meat, home made pasta. Oil is a self production. The dishes are wisely combined with the precious wines selected and served by our sommelier. At the Villa, the Guests can take part to cooking courses on request and achieve the first notion of oenology.
