The original culinary creations of the Chef Vladimiro Ghio reawaken the senses, exquisite dishes served with a unique panorama in the background. At the Olimpo the real protagonists are the flavours of the traditional Italian and international Cuisine, which are wisely and skilfully interpreted; the menus proposes a balanced choice of earth and fish recipes and refined dishes, where daily fresh fish plays a dominant role.
