Ihre Meinung ist für uns sehr wichtig ... Jedes Jahr werden alle Hotels der Gruppe periodisch von den Beauftragten der Direktion der Gruppe besucht, um die Erfüllung der Qualitätsmaßstäbe zu testen. Alle Kommentare werden durch dazu gedachte Formulare registriert.
